Insurance
You may have orthodontic benefits as part of your dental insurance plan, and we will be happy to check on your plan to determine what those benefits entail. Insurance policies do vary, so our team will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Our highly knowledgeable insurance coordinator will be happy to do a complimentary benefit verification for you.
Please provide us with your insurance information on our New Patient Forms so that we can inform you of your benefit. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
